You have the right at any time to request to know exactly what information is held about you and you can request that the data held about you be deleted but application must be made in writing.

• We may keep record of your Telephone number, name and business name details on our mobile phone which is password protected and also on an excel sheet which is saved, stored and backed up locally not in the cloud, via our personal computer which is password protected.
